AS215899 offers free BGP transit for qualifying non-commercial networks. Submit this form to request a session. Your request must be verified by a registered contact for your ASN (abuse, admin, or tech) before our NOC is notified.

Requirements

Non-commercial use only — educational, research, hobby, or community networks
Valid RPKI ROA and IRR entries for all announced prefixes
A registered AS-SET that includes your ASN and all downstream ASNs you will announce
Session is activated only after NOC review and technical coordination

Downstream policy

We apply strict downstream filtering. Only routes from ASNs listed in your registered AS-SET (with valid ROA/IRR) will be accepted. Invalid or unregistered routes will be dropped.
